The Otterbourne Committee have now completed the refurbishment of the Chamberlayne Suite Kitchen and the Bianchi Suite kitchen.

Our new Chairman will be Mr Tim Duggan, who will be ably assisted by our new Secretary Mrs Barbara Thomas, who brings a great deal of Admin experience, we wish them both good wishes in their new roles.

As from October of this year the Committee have decided to appoint a part Time Manager who will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Halls.

The car parks have recently been re-lined.

The patio areas have once again been treated with a solution which will clean the stones over a period of weeks.

We have a new club which meets every other Sunday morning in the Chamberlayne Suite. A Racing Car Club…..Model Cars, which race around on a massive circuit which covers the whole of the floor area, they also mend and build model cars…..

Hallmark - Our Village Hall has been granted a Hallmark, which basically means we are rated as "5 Star" for the facilities that we offer, we recently went through a vigorous programme of inspections and tests to obtain this Mark.

We have two new clubs 'Expressive Art' who meet on a Monday afternoon in the Bianchi Suite, and 'Funky Art' who meet in the Bianchi Suite who meet on a Tuesday afternoon between 4 and 5pm.

The BBQ on the rear patio is at present being completley renovated.
