Jack And The Beanstalk

Our 2012 Pantomime will be Jack and the Beanstalk, which will be held over two weekends the 13th, 14th and 15th and the 20th, 21st, and 22nd of January.

Rehearsals are already underway, with the cast attending every Tuesday evening and Sunday afternoon. This year sees quite a few new faces, and some of the old. The dame is once again being played by our Dame Mr John Pitman, and the lovely princess by our lovely Miss Holly Williams, A favourite this year with the children will be Kerry-ann Evans who is playing the "Good Fairy". Two of our recent principles both multi talented, Miss Sarah Bishop and Miss Hannah Duggan, will be playing the part of Buttermilk the Cow, both young ladies are at present away at University, but wanted to take to be involved. The Cow seemed the perfect answer, with no lines to learn, or dance routines to perform (apart from the odd shuffle !!). Our favourite Director Kay Warne has returned this year after a years break, full of sparkle and great ideas, and with a change of Writers this years Pantomime has great potential with plenty of Singing, Dancing, Comedy and Slapstick……see you there………
