Provisional bookings will be held open for a period of two weeks. Conformation
of bookings must
be made in writing, and all correspondence must be accompanied
by a self-addressed envelope
All deposits are non-refundable.
2.
The committee have the absolute right to cancel a booking if they deem it
to be necessary for
whatever reason.
3.
Hirer's must co-operate fully, and at all times with the representative of
the Village Hall
Committee.
4.
There must not be any unnecessary noise after 11.45pm and PREMISES must be
vacated by
midnight.
5.
The halls are not permitted to be hired to anyone under the age of 18.
6.
Hirer's are responsible for leaving the halls in a clean and tidy condition.
7.
Responsibility for personal property is solely the hirer's and no claim against
the Village Hall
Committee or its insurers will be accepted.
8.
These premises are licensed, therefore the hirer's are not permitted to sell
alcohol within these
halls.
9.
These premises are deemed a NO SMOKING ZONE. Your co-operation in this matter
is
appreciated.
10.
Please be aware of risk assessment and health and safety issues whilst using
these halls.
11.
Do not block passageways, or fire exit doors under any circumstances.
12.
Commercial users / Hirer's must have their own insurance indemnity and public
liability in place
whilst using these premises.
13.
Cars are left at there owners risk whilst parked on Village Hall land.
